Lead Client Care Specialist:

The Lead Client Care Specialist serves as the primary relationship owner for assigned and prospective clients, delivering expert guidance on organic certification requirements and processes. This role blends advanced technical knowledge of organic standards with high-touch customer service, ensuring a seamless client experience while supporting client retention, growth, and compliance excellence. In addition, the Lead Client Care Specialist provides departmental support through cross-functional collaboration and process improvement initiatives, offers mentorship and guidance to team members to strengthen expertise and service consistency, and acts as a representative of the organization in client engagements, industry interactions, and internal discussions.

Wage range: $27–$29 hourly depending on skill and experience.


Client Care Coordinator:

Provide administrative and client support to prospective and current QCS clients to ensure a positive, responsive, and professional experience throughout the certification process.  Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective clients for inquiries, guide applicants through application requirements and procedures, and maintain ongoing communication regarding program updates and certification -related information. Build strong relationships with clients while supporting the delivery of exceptional customer service. Develop increasing knowledge of certification standards and processes to assist clients with routine process questions and connect them with appropriate resources as needed.

Certification Reviewer- Crop and Livestock:

Efficiently and effectively review organic system plan applications, inspection reports and related information to evaluate compliance with the rules, regulations, and standards that govern organic certification in line with QCS policies and procedures. Make certification decisions for organic standards, production scopes, and additional certifications as designated. Carry out appropriate oversight and enforcement activities on applicants and certified operations. Provide excellent customer service to QCS clients through clear and professional communication about the regulatory requirements and the certification process as relevant to each operation. Support the company mission to promote organic and sustainable agriculture.

Certification Supervisor:

Are you passionate about advancing organic and sustainable agriculture while leading high-performing teams? We’re seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented leader to oversee our livestock organic certification team that supports a portfolio of clients from application through certification and ongoing compliance. This is a remote, full‑time, mission‑driven role where your work directly supports the growth of organic and sustainable agriculture.
