ORGANIC CERTIFICATION COST SHARE

Organic Certification Cost Share Program (OCCSP)

The Organic Certification Cost Share Program (OCCSP) helps certified organic producers and handlers offset the cost of obtaining or maintaining USDA organic certification. Eligible operations may receive reimbursement for up to 75% of eligible certification costs.

FOG Fought to Protect This Program

When federal legislation left the Organic Certification Cost Share Program out, Florida Organic Growers joined partners across the organic sector to advocate for its restoration. Thanks to these efforts, the program was reinstated—helping ensure farmers and organic businesses can continue accessing critical certification support.
