“Food Safety for Farmers Webinar: Lessons Learned from Farmers”

In this webinar, Dr. Juan Carlos Rodriguez moderates a panel of food safety experts including Billy Mitchell, Farm Manager at Working Farms Fund, Dr. Chris Gunter, Professor and Chair of the UF/IFAS Horticultural Sciences Department at the University of Florida, and Trevor Gilbert, Produce Safety Expert at the US Food and Drug Administration Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition. Examples of topics that often affect farmers and their ability to comply with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) regulations are provided.
